Modern motherhood is complex.
I don't believe the answer is asking mothers to do more. I believe the answer is building better systems around them.
That's what The Working Mother Experience is all about.
What began as a global art movement has grown into a podcast and community exploring the people, ideas and systems shaping the future of work, family and modern motherhood.
Each conversation asks a simple question: How do we make life work better for families?
Some of the answers come from physicians. Some from entrepreneurs. Some from researchers, journalists, religious leaders, employers and policymakers. Others come from mothers simply sharing what they've learned along the way.
Together, we're uncovering the operating systems behind everyday life - the beliefs, relationships, routines and decisions that quietly shape how our families function.
Because I don't think mothers need more pressure to "have it all together’ - we need better conversations about the world we've built around them.
